RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is PUMA.com's commitment. We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as we are happy to serve you. You may return certain PUMA products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the item's value. We are willing to accept returns from you within 14 days from the date you received your order.
PUMA products must be in the following conditions to be eligible for return.
To make returning your goods easy and cheap, you don't need to pay return fees and we will cover the costs! To carry out this return service, we provide a return method, namely by picking up goods. You only need to pack the items to be returned using the packaging used for your delivery and then seal the packaging using adhesive. Do not use adhesive on the original product packaging because the damage caused cannot be repaired and return requests will be rejected.

For Return Requests with Goods Pickup
Email Subject: PUMA Returned Item Pickup Request - [Order Number]
a. Products with tags must still be attached intact.
b. Pickup Address (CS will check and confirm whether the pickup address is within the service area)
c. Phone number
d. Order Number
e. SKU/Goods Code
f. Reason for Return
g. Pick-up date or time (Minimum within 2 working days from the date the return email was sent)
Shipping and delivery costs
Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Return Exclusion
For health, hygiene and other economic reasons, PUMA does not accept returns of goods in the form of gift cards, underwear (excluding bras), shoe cleaners, face masks, socks and personalization products. PUMA reserves the right to approve or reject returns and this will depend on a case by case basis. Customized product orders cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects, in which case, you can contact the help center by phone or email for assistance.
Returns usually take around 2-4 weeks to process. Credit card refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note that for Refunds, Puma will only start the refund process after the item arrives at our location, approximately 1-2 weeks.
Return Policy Changes
We may change this Returns Policy at any time by posting an amended Returns Policy to the Website. Any changes will apply to use of the Website or Content as of the effective date set forth in the modified Returns Policy.
You are responsible for periodically checking and understanding the applicable Returns Policy before you use the Website or Content. In any case, we will also notify you of such changes, and you will be asked to agree to the updated Returns Policy.
Language
This Returns Policy is written in English and Indonesian. Both versions of the text are equally valid and valid. In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the English text and the Indonesian text, the relevant English text will be deemed to be automatically amended to conform to, and to make consistent with, the relevant Indonesian text.
